Les pr\u00e9sentes Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales r\u00e9gissent l\u2019acc\u00e8s et l\u2019utilisation des services propos\u00e9s par Nunam, prestataire ind\u00e9pendant de yoga et de coaching, accessible via le site nunam.ch. En r\u00e9servant un service, vous acceptez ces conditions.

2. Services propos\u00e9s
Nunam propose : Cours de yoga (en pr\u00e9sentiel et\/ou en ligne)\nS\u00e9ances de coaching individuelles ou en groupe\nAteliers, retraites ou \u00e9v\u00e9nements ponctuels\nLes horaires, tarifs et modalit\u00e9s sont indiqu\u00e9s sur le site ou sur demande.

3. Inscription et r\u00e9servation
Les places sont limit\u00e9es.\nUne confirmation par email est envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019inscription.\nLes r\u00e9servations doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es via le site (gestion par Momoyoga).\nLes annulations doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es via son compte : https:\/\/www.momoyoga.com\/nunam\/login

4. Annulation et report
Annulation > 2h avant : remboursement int\u00e9gral ou report possible.\nAnnulation < 2h avant : aucun remboursement, sauf cas de force majeure (\u00e0 discuter).\nAbsence sans annulation : la s\u00e9ance est perdue.

5. Paiement
Secure online payment (card, bank transfer, etc.) or on-site payment (if accepted). Prices are listed in CHF; VAT not applicable. Late payments may incur reminder fees.

6. Responsabilit\u00e9
Nunam ne saurait \u00eatre tenue responsable des blessures ou accidents survenant pendant les s\u00e9ances, sauf en cas de faute prouv\u00e9e.\nChaque participant s\u2019engage \u00e0 informer Nunam de tout probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 avant la s\u00e9ance.

7. Confidentialit\u00e9
Les donn\u00e9es personnelles sont trait\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale suisse sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (LPD).\nElles ne sont utilis\u00e9es que pour la gestion des r\u00e9servations et l\u2019envoi d\u2019informations li\u00e9es aux services.\nDroit d\u2019acc\u00e8s, de rectification et de suppression sur demande.

8. Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle
Tous les contenus (textes, images, vid\u00e9os, sons) sur nunam.ch sont la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 exclusive de Nunam.\nToute reproduction, modification ou diffusion sans autorisation est interdite.

9. Modification des conditions
Nunam se r\u00e9serve le droit de modifier ces conditions \u00e0 tout moment. Les modifications seront publi\u00e9es sur le site et entreront en vigueur imm\u00e9diatement.

10. Droit applicable et juridiction
