Les \u00e9motions sont des choses qui nous \u00e9meuvent, qui mettent notre corps en mouvement et nous motivent \u00e0 agir. Ce sont de brefs \u00e9tats affectifs caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par une activit\u00e9 physiologique, physique et mentale. Si les \u00e9motions ne sont ni bonnes ni mauvaises, nous pouvons n\u00e9anmoins les classer comme positives ou n\u00e9gatives, en fonction de leur objectif et de la mani\u00e8re dont elles nous font agir. Les \u00e9motions positives \u00e9largissent notre attention et elles nous aident \u00e0 explorer et \u00e0 nous engager, ce qui est essentiel pour l'adaptation. En revanche, les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives r\u00e9duisent notre attention et nous donnent l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour nous battre ou nous \u00e9chapper, ce qui est essentiel pour notre survie. Les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives deviennent un probl\u00e8me lorsqu'elles sont trop intenses et apparaissent trop fr\u00e9quemment\u00b9.\u00a0<br>Lorsque nous \u00e9tions jeunes, nous avions besoin du soutien d'un adulte pour apprendre \u00e0 exprimer et \u00e0 r\u00e9guler nos \u00e9motions. Cependant, en fonction de notre \u00e9ducation, il se peut que nous n'ayons pas appris \u00e0 les r\u00e9guler efficacement. Tout au long de notre vie et de notre conditionnement, nous pouvons \u00e9galement avoir appris que certaines d'entre elles sont mauvaises et qu'il ne faut pas les exprimer. En cours de route, nous pouvons \u00e9galement avoir confondu suppression et r\u00e9gulation.\u00a0<br>M\u00eame si les \u00e9motions sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res et disparaissent rapidement, nous leur donnons souvent un sens en les reliant \u00e0 leur cause, ce qui cr\u00e9e des sentiments. Ces derniers sont des \u00e9tats affectifs durables correspondant \u00e0 notre repr\u00e9sentation personnelle d'une situation, d'une chose ou d'une personne et nous aimons nous accrocher \u00e0 ces sentiments. Un exemple illustrant la diff\u00e9rence entre les \u00e9motions et les sentiments est le fait de se sentir en col\u00e8re (\u00e9motion) lorsque quelque chose de mal se produit et de ressentir du ressentiment (sentiment) longtemps apr\u00e8s que ladite chose se soit produite.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fois que nous r\u00e9primons une \u00e9motion, elle est stock\u00e9e dans notre corps et cr\u00e9e des tensions. Mais nous savons aussi tous que nous ne pouvons pas simplement aller frapper quelqu'un quand nous sommes en col\u00e8re, n'est-ce pas ? Alors, trouvons une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de vivre nos \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives. Le concept cl\u00e9 ici est que nous ne devons pas supprimer nos \u00e9motions mais g\u00e9rer nos r\u00e9actions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire une pause et observer est une bonne premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape car cela nous aide \u00e0 identifier, reconna\u00eetre et cr\u00e9er une distance avec nos \u00e9motions (les nommer pour les apprivoiser). La pause nous permet \u00e9galement d'agir plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9agir automatiquement \u00e0 ces \u00e9motions. Pendant la pause, nous pouvons utiliser des techniques de respiration pour ramener le calme dans notre corps. Ensuite, nous pouvons agir avec habilet\u00e9 et d\u00e9cider de ce qui est le mieux dans cette situation. Il est peut-\u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de se retirer de la situation et de sortir pour prendre une bouff\u00e9e d'air frais, d'aller aux toilettes et de pleurer, etc.\u00a0<br>Parfois, ce n'est pas possible, ou pas suffisant, et lorsque nous pensons \u00e0 cette situation ou \u00e0 cette personne, elle nous prend encore la t\u00eate. Notre corps y r\u00e9agit encore, et cela nous met en col\u00e8re, nous rend triste, nous rend anxieux encore une fois.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que nous pouvons faire, c'est cr\u00e9er activement un espace s\u00fbr pour lib\u00e9rer nos \u00e9motions, m\u00eame (longtemps) apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Nous devons alors nous souvenir d'un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9clencheur et prendre conscience de l'\u00e9motion n\u00e9gative qui est encore dans notre syst\u00e8me. Pensez-y, ressentez-la, puis laissez-la sortir en utilisant un ou plusieurs des outils mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessous. Le but n'est pas de faire ces choses pour vous faire oublier la situation et vos \u00e9motions, mais de vous permettre de ressentir et d'exprimer ces sentiments afin qu'ils puissent quitter votre syst\u00e8me.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\">Outils :\n\nS\u00e9ance de danse intuitive avec une musique de soutien pour cette \u00e9motion.\nPeignez ou dessinez quelque chose pour exprimer ce que vous ressentez.\nChantez ou criez (peut-\u00eatre dans un oreiller ou dans un endroit o\u00f9 vous n'effrayerez pas vos voisins).\nFaites du sport (boxe, course \u00e0 pied, spinning, etc.). \nSi tu es triste mais que tu n'arrives pas \u00e0 te faire pleurer, regarde un film qui te fait normalement pleurer et pleure \u00e0 chaudes larmes.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 partager si vous avez d'autres outils qui fonctionnent pour vous !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00b9Si c'est votre cas, laisser vivre vos \u00e9motions n'est pas exactement ce dont vous avez besoin, mais trouvez plut\u00f4t un moyen de changer votre fa\u00e7on de penser.
