Yoga Bains Payes

Yoga at Bains Payes

The yoga season at Bains Payes is over…

Join me every Sunday morning from 9 :00 to 10:00* during the spring and summer season (April to October) to practice yoga vinyasa while enjoying the most beautiful view from the rooftop of Bains Payes in Vevey.

There’s not a Sunday I haven’t thought to myself: Damn it’s breathtakingly gorgeous out here!
The little yellow parasols contrasting with the blue of the lake and the green of the mountains and Lavaux. The Sunday morning quietness. The rising sun. The fresh air.
But above all, there’s not a Sunday I haven’t thought to myself: Damn I’m so lucky to have all these magical souls wake up and practise with me!
Sunday morning yoga at Bains Payes also means sunshine, cold coffees, brunches, dip in the lake, holiday vibes. And most importantly, it means an incredible and radiant community.

Bring your own mat or contact me if you need one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial session available?

The trial session is available at a special rate of 20.-

How do I handle payment—directly with you?

Yes, payment can be made directly to me—cash or Twint is perfect. For multi-class cards, bank transfers are also an option.

Do I need to book my classes in advance?

Absolutely, registration is required and happens via the booking pages.

What if I’m signed up but can’t make it anymore?

You’ll find a cancellation link in your confirmation email. You can cancel up to 1 hour before class starts. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in the session being charged.

Can I drop in without registering?

To keep things organized, registration is required for all sessions. If you’re having trouble booking, just send me an email.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email after signing up—what should I do?

Did you finish the process? Double-check your spam folder—it might be hiding there!

Is the level suitable for beginners?

Of course! Sessions are always tailored to fit both beginners and seasoned yogis.

In what language are the classes held?

Classes are generally held in French, but I’m more than happy to offer them in bilingual French/English. Just let me know before the class starts.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

All equipment is provided, except for Bains Payes practices. Don’t have a mat? Let me know! Otherwise, just bring your water bottle and good vibes!

Are the packs valid at all locations?

Packs are valid for classes at the Atika and Premier Étage spaces. The 6 and 12-session packs are reserved for perinatal practices, while the 5x “Bains Payes” packs are exclusively for those sessions.

If I buy a pack, do I need to attend consecutive weeks, or can I choose my own schedule?

No need to attend sessions consecutively—you’re free to manage your pack however it works best for you.

When is it safe to return to yoga after giving birth?

You can safely return to yoga as soon as you leave the maternity ward, even before pelvic floor rehabilitation—sessions are adapted for the early postpartum weeks, including after a cesarean. Plus, you’re welcome to bring your baby!

When is the best time to start yoga during pregnancy?

According to the De Gasquet method I teach, you can start prenatal yoga during the first trimester if it feels right for you. It’s all about listening to your body and emotions—whether that’s continuing your usual activities or starting when the time feels right.

Can health insurance cover the cost?

Coverage depends on your supplementary insurance. Ask me for a receipt and send it to your provider—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

I have a disability—can the practices be tailored to my needs?

Absolutely! Practices are designed to be inclusive. Let me know in advance, and we’ll prepare to meet your needs perfectly.
