Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by Nunam, an independent yoga and coaching provider, accessible via the website nunam.ch. By booking a service, you accept these terms.
2. Services
Offered Nunam offers: Yoga classes (in-person and/or online) Individual or group coaching sessions Workshops, retreats, or occasional events Schedules, prices, and details are provided on the website or upon request.
3. Registration and Booking
Places are limited. A confirmation email is sent upon registration. Bookings must be made via the website (managed through Momoyoga). Cancellations must be made via your account: https://www.momoyoga.com/nunam/login
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation more than 2 hours before: full refund or rescheduling possible. Cancellation less than 2 hours before: no refund, except in cases of force majeure (to be discussed). No-show without cancellation: the session is forfeited.
5. Payment
Secure online payment (TWINT, card, bank transfer) or on-site payment (if accepted). Prices are listed in CHF; VAT not applicable. Late payments may incur reminder fees.
6. Liability
Nunam cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents occurring during sessions, except in cases of proven fault. Each participant agrees to inform Nunam of any health issues prior to the session.
7. Confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). It is used only for booking management and sending information related to services. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data upon request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, videos, audio) on nunam.ch is the exclusive property of Nunam. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
9. Modification of Terms
Nunam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the website and take effect immediately.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
