Yoga Asana : Step foot between hands

Start in downward facing dog.

Lift the right leg up.

Come to the ball of your left foot.

Bring the right knee to your chest. Push the floor away with your arms and feel your shoulders slide towards your ears and your upper back become round.

Allow your hips to travel a little higher and squeeze that right heel to your butt cheek. Draw your belly button in and towards your solar plexus.

While trying to keep your hips high and your upper back round, step your foot between (or as close to) your hands.
