I’m not comfortable in a lotus seat!

That’s ok, honey. My practices honour the uniqueness of each being, adapting the asanas to your unique constitution and giving you space to explore what feels good and what does not. The yoga I teach in Vevey is a magical blend of vinyasa, hata, yin yoga, pre & postpartum yoga from De Gasquet method and gymnastics. I loooove the science of the human body and brain and I prepare my practices based on this knowledge. I also encourage you to connect to your own being (physical, mental and emotional), travel out of your comfort zone in a playful way, without any expectations and a bit of humour. But what makes my practices so special is my devoted presence and the love I hold for the people present.

I’m not flexible enough for yoga!

Have you ever said this? Because that’s exactly why you should come. You should come to remove the accumulated tension and rigidity that come with stressing about that typo you made in an email you wrote three weeks ago and carrying the weight of the world on your shoulder. And you’ll see that once you drop this stubborn tension, your body can relaxe. Who knew you could be that flexible?!

Witness the things you can see only when you slow down.

You should come if you’re in the doing-mode every second of your life so that you don’t have to sit with your emotions. If you tend to overthink, this is also for you honey! I am sorry to break it to you but overthinking is very often a way to avoid feelings. And while it is possible to overthink your way through a sun salutation and savasana, little by little, I will guide you into your sensations and feelings. And this is the magic of yoga.

Absolutely, registration is required and happens via the booking pages.

What if I’m signed up but can’t make it anymore?

You’ll find a cancellation link in your confirmation email. You can cancel up to 1 hour before class starts. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in the session being charged.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email after signing up—what should I do?

Did you finish the process? Double-check your spam folder—it might be hiding there!

Is the level suitable for beginners?

Of course! Sessions are always tailored to fit both beginners and seasoned yogis.

In what language are the classes held?

Classes are generally held in French, but I’m more than happy to offer them in bilingual French/English. Just let me know before the class starts.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

All equipment is provided, except for Bains Payes practices. Don’t have a mat? Let me know! Otherwise, just bring your water bottle and good vibes!

Are the packs valid at all locations in Vevey?

Yes, of course! These packages can be used for both prenatal and postpartum yoga classes, and they have unlimited validity.

If I buy a pack, do I need to attend consecutive weeks, or can I choose my own schedule?

No need to attend sessions consecutively—you’re free to manage your pack however it works best for you.

When is it safe to return to yoga after giving birth?

You can safely return to yoga as soon as you leave the maternity ward, even before pelvic floor rehabilitation—sessions are adapted for the early postpartum weeks, including after a cesarean. Plus, you’re welcome to bring your baby!

When is the best time to start yoga during pregnancy?

According to the De Gasquet method I teach, you can start prenatal yoga during the first trimester if it feels right for you. It’s all about listening to your body and emotions—whether that’s continuing your usual activities or starting when the time feels right.

Coverage depends on your supplementary insurance. Ask me for a receipt and send it to your provider—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

I have a disability—can the practices be tailored to my needs?

Absolutely! Practices are designed to be inclusive. Let me know in advance, and we’ll prepare to meet your needs perfectly.
