My yoga approach
Shanon’s yoga approach is a magical blend of vinyasa, hata, yin yoga and gymnastics . She also loves the science of the human body and brain and prepares her practices based on this knowledge (fascia, neural flossing, De Gasquet approach, psychology, …). Her practices honour the uniqueness of each being, adapting the asanas to your unique constitution (because not all bodies can be comfortable in a lotus seat, no matter how much they practice), inviting you to connect to your own being (physical, mental and emotional) and giving you space to explore what feels good and what does not. She also encourages you to travel out of your comfort zone in a playful way and without any expectations. But what makes her practices so special is her devoted presence and the love she holds for the people present (and her not so funny jokes).
