Sunday Yoga vinyasa Atika Vevey

Sunday yoga & coffee

Sundays at Atika

Join me on some Sundays of the month from 9:30 to 10:30 for a slow vinyasa yoga practice, followed by a convivial coffee moment.

Discover the charm of Atika, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Vevey’s old town. Climb the stairs of this little town within a town and step into a cosy attic-style studio, where exposed wooden beams, beautiful natural light and a welcoming atmosphere create the perfect setting for your Sunday morning yoga practice.
Everything you need is provided, from mats and blocks to bolsters, straps and blankets. Simply come as you are, take a moment for yourself and enjoy an hour of mindful movement, relaxation and tranquillity.
And because Sundays are made for slowing down, the experience continues after class with a warm little drink. A lovely opportunity to connect, share a moment and ease into the day feeling refreshed and grounded.
A little movement, a good coffee and a beautiful way to start your Sunday.

How do I handle payment—directly with you?

Yes, payment can be made directly to me—cash or Twint is perfect. For multi-class cards, bank transfers are also an option.

Do I need to book my classes in advance?

Absolutely, registration is required and happens via the booking pages.

What if I’m signed up but can’t make it anymore?

You’ll find a cancellation link in your confirmation email. You can cancel up to 1 hour before class starts. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in the session being charged.

Can I drop in without registering?

To keep things organized, registration is required for all sessions. If you’re having trouble booking, just send me an email.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email after signing up—what should I do?

Did you finish the process? Double-check your spam folder—it might be hiding there!

Is the level suitable for beginners?

Of course! Sessions are always tailored to fit both beginners and seasoned yogis.

In what language are the classes held?

Classes are generally held in French, but I’m more than happy to offer them in bilingual French/English. Just let me know before the class starts.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

All equipment is provided, except for Bains Payes practices. Don’t have a mat? Let me know! Otherwise, just bring your water bottle and good vibes!

Are the packs valid at all locations in Vevey?

Packs are valid for Nunam classes in Vevey at the Atika and Premier Étage spaces. The 6 and 12-session packs are reserved for perinatal practices, while the 5x “Bains Payes” packs are exclusively for those sessions.

I bought a prenatal yoga package; can it also be used for postnatal classes?

Yes, of course! These packages can be used for both prenatal and postpartum yoga classes, and they have unlimited validity.

If I buy a pack, do I need to attend consecutive weeks, or can I choose my own schedule?

No need to attend sessions consecutively—you’re free to manage your pack however it works best for you.

When is it safe to return to yoga after giving birth?

You can safely return to yoga as soon as you leave the maternity ward, even before pelvic floor rehabilitation—sessions are adapted for the early postpartum weeks, including after a cesarean. Plus, you’re welcome to bring your baby!

When is the best time to start yoga during pregnancy?

According to the De Gasquet method I teach, you can start prenatal yoga during the first trimester if it feels right for you. It’s all about listening to your body and emotions—whether that’s continuing your usual activities or starting when the time feels right.

Can health insurance cover the cost of yoga classes in Vevey?

Coverage depends on your supplementary insurance. Ask me for a receipt and send it to your provider—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

I have a disability—can the practices be tailored to my needs?

Absolutely! Practices are designed to be inclusive. Let me know in advance, and we’ll prepare to meet your needs perfectly.
